Age Challenge provides tools for detecting apparent age from photos using AI technology and creating age comparison challenges with friends. Key features include:

• Creating shareable challenge links to compare ages with friends
• Viewing challenge results and age comparisons

You are responsible for how you use the Service and for any content you create, upload, or share. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Age Detection Accuracy

AI age detection is an estimation based on visual analysis and is provided for entertainment purposes only. The detected age may not reflect actual age and can vary based on:

• Photo quality and lighting
• Facial expressions and angles
• Other visual factors

You should not rely on AI age detection for any legal, medical, or official purposes.

User Accounts

To use certain parts of the Service, you will need to create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Restricting access to your account and devices
• All activities that occur under your account

You must notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Payments and Credits

Certain features of Age Challenge require credits. When you purchase credits, you authorize us and our payment processors (such as Stripe) to charge you the applicable fees and taxes.

• Credits are used for age detection analyses
• Credits are non-refundable except where required by law
• Unused credits do not expire unless your account is terminated

Photo Content and Challenges

When you upload photos or create challenges:

• You must have the right to use any photos you upload
• You should only upload photos of yourself or photos you have permission to use
• Challenge links are shareable but not publicly indexed
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload photos of others without their consent
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or circumvent any security measures
• Upload malware, malicious code, or content that could harm the Service or other users
• Use the Service for age verification or any official identification purposes
• Harass, bully, or embarrass others using challenge features

We reserve the right to investigate violations and, where appropriate, suspend or terminate accounts.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and underlying software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal purposes.

User Content

You retain all rights to the photos you upload and challenges you create, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

By uploading content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and otherwise use your content as necessary to operate the Service (for example, to run age detection, display challenge results, and provide customer support).

Third-Party Services

Age Challenge integrates with third-party services, including payment processors (such as Stripe) and AI image processing providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, are causing risk or possible legal exposure for us, or if we discontinue the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Certain provisions of these Terms, by their nature, will survive termination.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

AI age detection is for entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon for accuracy. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of age estimates.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
